How do I calculate shipping for an International order and what is the time frame?
Step #1 First add the items of interest to the shopping cart.
Step#2 Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
Step#3 Log in with your account information or enter your address information.
This will show standard Shipping rates to International countries.
Shipping Cost- We try our best to quote an exact price for shipping. However each intentional area is different. We are not able to predict if your area will have a delivery surcharge. For example. Some locations outside of a major city may require a special delivery to a rural area. Or it may be due to a city surcharge. For example, downtown New York requires more money due to the city area. We are not able to predict if your area will have a surcharge. If it does, we will let you know how much additional will be required to make delivery.
*For some international items there may be a surcharge due to the length or size of the box. Since our shopping cart cannot calculate this at checkout. There is a surcharge you must add on the product page, see delivery options. You must add that surcharge to the product for delivery.
SHIPPING TIMES.
There may be a customs import tax you may have to pay for importing goods to your country.
Shipping time and Processing times are different. Processing time is how long it takes for us to pack up your items. For most item it takes about 1 business day to put it all together and get it to the shipper. Once it gets to the shipper, that is called the PICKUP day. The pickup day is not counted in shipping transit times. Most items are stocked in house and can ship right away.
NOTE: Some items need to first be shipped to us from another warehouse so we can forward your item on to you. OSSUR, Darco, and DeRoyal Cam Walker, Night Splints, and other bracing items from these vendors have to be shipped to us as they don't ship direct internationally. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of these items. UPS charges a dimensional rate based upon LxWxH. This makes longer packages or larger packages cost more. Our shopping cart cannot account for this increase in price. When that occurs we need to ship this item via USPS Express Mail rather than UPS. *For some international items there may be a surcharge due to the length or size of the box.
