How do I calculate shipping for an International order and what is the time frame?
First add the items of interest to the shopping cart.
Then for international shipping you have to choose as the carrier “other shipping options” at checkout.
This will show standard UPS Expedited Shipping rates to those countries.
NOTE: If you choose "UPS" it will come up with an error and say not able to calculate shipping. There is only the continent listed for some countries, you must choose the continent nearest your country.
The customer has to choose their location based upon those standard rates to that particular country or continent.
The shipping time is approximately 3-5 business days.
There may be a customs import tax you may have to pay for importing goods to your country.
ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR Bracing items.
For Bracing Items, CAM WALKERS and Knee Braces. There is an additional $10 fee for the lenghth of the item. We are not able to calculate this into our shipping calculators. We will contact you after you place the order to authorize the $10 charge. This is in addition to the shipping cost you have paid at checkout.

All items described as "textiles". With UPS the customs forms are all in barcode so there is no typewritten form describing the product content to be seen by the delivery person. Barcode is read at the customs office. (Note: some countries may charge an import tax.) Never had a problem yet with UPS! If they can't find your address they call us and we get in contact with you.
