Calculate shipping for an International order.
Follow the steps below
to get a shipping quote and checkout:
To just get a shipping quote: Choose CHANGE, then click "other shipping options" from the shopping cart page. If you have it on UPS it will give an ERROR.
At final checkout:
Step #1 First add the items of interest to the shopping cart. Bracing items and crutches please see below, There may be a shipping surcharge due to length of the shipping box.
Step#2 Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
Step#3 Log in with your account information or enter your address information.
This will show standard Shipping rates to International countries. They are preceded with EXP and will show your country or a country nearest you. If your county is not listed. Use one nearest to you. You can scroll down through the countries and select. NOTE: the UPS option is not available. It is for USA Only.
Shipping Cost- We try our best to quote an exact price for shipping. However each international area is different. We are not able to predict if your area will have a delivery surcharge. For example. Some locations outside of a major city may require a special delivery to a rural area. Or it may be due to a city surcharge. For example, downtown New York requires more money due to the city area. We are not able to predict if your area will have a surcharge. If it does, we will let you know how much additional will be required to make delivery.
*For some international items there may be a surcharge due to the length or size of the box. Since our shopping cart cannot calculate this at checkout. We will need to email you for authorization to charge the surcharge to your card. You can also email us and say "I authorize the shipping surcharge".
The following items will incur a surcharge due to the length of the item.

Shipping Surcharge items (due to length of the box) are:
Any brace item, cam walker, ankle, wrist, night splints, knee
braces. Products such as these will will have a $15 surcharge for small items (ankle brace, wrist brace, etc.) and $25 surcharge for long items (Cam Walker boots, Knee Braces, elbow braces etc.)
Or if you feel it cheaper in shipping, You can
obtain a USA forwarding address. They will forward your order at better
cheaper rates.
We

address for shipping should you want to order any BRACING item:

Use the address they give you for your SHIP TO address.
Checkout is as normal on our website.
Please realize
that we only guarantee delivery to them, You will need to insure your
package from them to you. They are forwarding companies that may have
better rates for international shipping.

We use UPS for all international shipping. We trust them to delivery and they also provide detailed tracking. They ship very fast and are the most trusted when it comes to international shipping.
SHIPPING TIMES.
There may be a customs import tax you may have to pay for importing goods to your country.
Shipping time and Processing times are
different. Processing time is how long it takes for us to pack up your items. For most item it takes about 1 business day to put it all together and get it to the shipper. Once it gets to the shipper, that is called the PICKUP day. The pickup day is not counted in shipping transit times. Most items are stocked in house and can ship right away.
*For bracing items with Surcharge please allow 3 business days to process the order.

INTERNATIONAL Transit TIMES - These are estimated times not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee a shipping time as there may be delays in customs or within your country.

*Customs can cause delays for entry, This time is not counted in the transit time above.
International
customer who subscribe to a company that provides forwarding services
by providing them with a USA address acknowledge the following.
Customers acknowledge that we are only responsible for shipping to that
USA address. If an item becomes lost by the forwarder, they need to
take action with that company. Our tracking showing proof of delivery
to the USA address is final.
*If you ship using our UPS shipping, we will cover any loss with UPS and claim insurance with them.
