Form Fit® Night Splint

Form Fit night splints are ideal for plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis and other lower extremity overuse injuries.

Performance Benefits:

Adjustable flexion straps provide a gentle stretching of the plantar fascia and achilles tendon. Adjusts from 90 to 10 dorsi-flexion
