Ship time is for UPS Ground transit time from Johnstown, PA and does not include processing time of your order.  These are only estimates of transit times.  Please allow for processing time of your order. Orders placed before 3PM EST. will be shipped out the next business day.  We wait till 3PM to packaged up and print labels for all orders that day.  These orders are then scheduled for pick up by UPS the next business days.  UPS does not pick up SATURDAY or SUNDAY.  Orders placed after 3:01 PM EST will not be shipped out until the following business day (that is the day after next.)  Orders placed Thursday 3:01 PM EST. and Friday will not ship until Monday morning.  We do not ship on Holidays or Weekends!  While our websites continues to opperate 24/7 our offices are closed on the weekend and open M-F 8am-4pm.  Bracing items come direct from the manufacture and will take about 4-6 business days not counting today.
