Where is the company located and where do you ship from?
Our office is located in Bluffton / Hilton Head, SC. We ship different items from multiple warehouses across the USA. We ship from OSSUR items from NJ, CA, Darco items out of WV, and DeRoyal item out of TN. Often it depends upon what you order. Most casting related items:(Cast covers,Procel Waterproof Cast Padding, Cast tape and padding) Ship from our Bluffton / Hilton Head SC location.
