For our casting items (Please see below for bracing items). If there is a defect with the product you must return the package to us for any refund or credit. Please include your original packing slip with the return. Upon receipt of the defective product we will send out a replacement (or refund) for this item and also refund you the money it cost to return the product to us. We need the product returned so we can also get credit for the defective item as well.
If you are returning the product because you do not want it or have no need for it or for any other reason. A refund will be given for the product cost less shipping cost to you and a 20% handling/restocking fee. If the product is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. UPS and PRIORITY mail are not guaranteed ship times and a refund will not be given for late packages. A refund can only be given for EXPRESS mail that is past 2 days late. If you plan to return the product you can simply mark RETURN TO SENDER on the package (ONLY IF the PACKAGE is UNOPENED). If the package is opened the customer must pay for return shipping costs. Cam Walkers and all bracing items are shipped from the manufacture. Unless there is an error on their part or ours the product will incur a 30% restocking fee. In addition the customer will need to pay for the return shipping. The original shipping cost associated with getting the product to the customer is also non refundable since UPS or the Postal service has already done their job. Before deciding to return the product please review your receipt and see if you ordered the product incorrectly or if the wrong item was shipped to you. If by mistake you ordered the wrong item then the above policy will apply. Please understand we are very sorry about this, but return cost due to customer mistake will only make the products on our site cost more.
