We try our best to keep our customers happy with the return process. We need to have a policy that will be fair to all customers. Most companies offer, free shipping and returns, but they raise the prices to pay for it. This makes everyone have to pay for the returns of other customers. We feel it better to keep prices low for our customers and so do not inflate the prices to cover returns or exchanges.
Shipping cost is a fee that goes directly to the shipper, UPS, FEDEX or USPS. It also pays for the cost of packing material, boxes, tape and other items needed to protect your shipment.
FREE SHIPPING: if your item was given free shipping we will deduct the cost of the shipping from your refund. The shipper still charges us for the shipping cost and we have no way to get that fee back. Your refund will be the cost of item, less the original shipping cost to bring the item to you.
Order Errors- At checkout you answered a confirmation to the size or color and that you verified it was correct. Also each order is confirmed by email and sent directly to the customer email address. We ask in that email that you review your information right away and notify us of any errors. If the invoice shows what was shipped and the customer made either an order error or provided an incorrect shipping address. The customer will be responsible to pay for return shipping. In addition, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. We will send you a copy of the order you placed and ask that you also search your email for that email confirmation. Double check to see if you actually made an error and failed to correct it in time.
*We’ll give all your money back on any item* returned within 30 days, less the original shipping cost. If we have made an error we will pay for any return shipping and refund you any original shipping. For bracing items such as, CAM WALKERS, ANKLE braces, Knee braces, Thumb splints, Wrist Braces and Night Splint, and XeroSox Cast Covers, these items are hygenic and cannot be resold if they have been worn. If you have worn this item for a period of time by law you cannot return it.
----If you simply tried them on and need to return due to size it is returnable. Time is counted from product arrival date at your door (see your UPS tracking) to the date you contact us by the above submission form.
Past 45 days, no refunds.
Any item returned dirty, with pet hair, or dirt on the product. Will not be refunded. You should know this. Have common sense realizing we need to resell this item. In our shipping email we indicated how you can test for size of an item without removing it from the packaging by simply placing the bottom sole of the item on the sole of your foot to see if it fits.
Items returned with an RA# will have a 25% restocking fee.
*Vaco Cast, Darco and DeRoyal Products have a 20% restocking fee. This fee can be waived if the customer placed a re-order of the same item. All AquaCast/Gore Procel and Delta Dry waterproof casting products and all cast kits have a 20% restocking fee. Customer should always consult their doctor or clinic to be sure they will accept this product.
CASTTOO: due to the fragility of this item, we do not offer returns or refunds for Casttoos. They come back wrinkled and are not able to be resold.
Damaged Open Packaging: Be careful when you open your items. Please keep the original packing material. Do not damage the packaging. Using scissors to cut open a product is better than tearing the bag. A scissor cut bag can be re-taped. A torn bag will need new packaging.
Any item returned without the original packaging or damaged packaging will have a 25% restocking fee. We can't resell goods with damaged packaging.
*Due to high risk of infection, Open wound care or surgery care products cannot be returned. These are post op shoes and other shoes or items used for surgery. If you purchase a cam walker and had an incision, this is a surgery issue. We cannot resell this item. Returning it can cause an infectious issue. This item would now be considered a bio-hazzard. Customers who try on a product such as a diabetic shoe or surgery post op shoe cannot return this item due to sanitary conditions. If you need to check measurements, please match the sole of the bottom of the shoe with the bottom of your foot while it still remains in the bag. Any opened wound care product is not returnable.
NOTICE: Refusing delivery is not a free return. It is the same cost to ship to you and will be deducted from your refund. UPS will charge us for any refused delivery.
NOTE: We don't do exchanges of merchandise since the cost of shipping would be charged again by UPS or FEDEX. This cost would need to be accounted for. If you need a different size. Place the order for the new item again and ship the wrong size item back . If you made a size error you will need to pay for the shipping again. Size charts are from the manufacture and not created by Supplies Central. If we made an error we will be happy to pay for any return costs and provide exchanges.Please realize that online clothing stores, shoe stores, and other online apparel stores have similar policies. Just as clothing differs in size per store or brand, the same is true with bracing items. We get the size chart from the manufacture and it is based upon average person size. If you are larger or say have wider feet or calves. You may experience an incorrect size issue. Please realize we cannot pay for shipping returns due to issues such as this. We are not able to account for your size difference.
The following exceptions below apply:
1. The original shipping cost was already paid to bring the item to you. UPS or FEDEX has already billed for their service and that money is not refundable. The original shipping cost is not refundable. (The exception to this is we made a mistake or you have a defective item. We will then gladly refund all of your money.) (Please note that Next Day and 2ND Day Air items will only be refunded at the ground rate for defective items.) **Items that were shipped by free shipping will have the shipping cost associated with the sale deducted from the refund.
2. You pay the return shipping. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number using the submission form. If an item is return without an RA# the restocking fee will be 25%.
3. When you return the item please ship it in a box with protective padding. Do NOT SHIP IT IN AN ENVELOPE EVEN IF IT IS PADDED. Some soft items get damaged and we cannot sell them again. If they arrive damaged we will let you know so you can claim against the shipping company. We are sorry there will be no refund for damaged returns. The postal service provides FREE BOXES. (We still need this even if it was our mistake or defective.) If we shipped it in a padded envelope. We insured it from damage. If you return in a padded envelope please be sure to cover should it have any damage.
4. If this is a bracing item (cam walkers, ankle, knee braces, ect.) Please return it unused in its original packaging. By law we can not take anything back if it shows signs of wear. Defectiveness will be determined by the manufacturer.
Defective item notice: If you feel an item, casting tape, or plaster is defective or does not perform as described. We will need to see a photo of the product and how/where it failed. If the product was casting tape or plaster, please do not throw away the product. We will need to see how the cast was defective. A photo proof is required for any refund or replacement. If a brace item is defective, please take multiple pictures of the product defect so we can examine the issue. If there is no photo of the product being defective. The customer must pay for the return of the product. We will then test the product for defectiveness. If the product is not defective. We will provide proof by Photo or video. The customer will be responsible for any product used and will also need to pay return shipping cost. The original shipping cost is not refundable. It is assumed at checkout the customer has the skill set and knowledge of how to use the product or is seeking the advise of a qualified medical professional.
Cast Saw Warranty USED CAST SAWS: (30 Day return policy)- We will refund any saw, less original and return shipping, not working up to 30 days after purchase date. After 30 days from Purchase Date customer will be responsible for cast saw repairs. Item must be completely dead or non-functional for 30 Warranty return. Warranty is given as money back less original shipping. Customer must pay return shipping cost. Saws with vacuums may also diminish in sucking power, but must be completely non-functional for return. Used saws may diminish in power over time or show some wear and tear. Cast saws returned will have a 10% restocking fee unless they are damages. If you return just because you don't want it, there is a 10% restocking fee. Used saws are used, not new. So they will have some wear and tear. Intentional damage will be noticed. Each saw is fully tested and in perfect working condition upon leaving our site. If damage occurs in shipping you must notify us right away of damage so we can claim the insurance with UPS. All saws are subject to inspection upon return. We may or may not carry replacement bags for vacuums or blades for cast saws. NEW CAST SAWS HAVE 1 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.

Please be sure to insure your item during the return process from loss or damage. UPS, FEDEX, and The postal service are know for damaging and loosing items. Your item was shipped to you being protected from any damage or loss with insurance. Any item returned damaged in shipping to us or lost by the shipping company is the customers responsibility.
