Shipping time frame, Did my order ship?
We work as fast as possible to get every item out right away. It varies with what you have ordered. For the most part we ship the same day you order if you order before 12AM EST. for Casting items and 10 AM EST. for bracing items. However our policy is to allow up to 24 hrs for processing of your order should we have a surge in orders or other shipping delays. We try our best to ship this out with lightening fast speed, but we do not guarantee your order will ship the day you order nor can we guarantee an exact ship time.

We provide information on time frame and when a tracking number will be sent.

At times back orders and factory delays will occur. We do not guarantee a ship time. UPS guarantees the time of the shipping from the time it enters their system. We try our best to get it out the same day. Our shipping policy is what we guarantee. Please review our shipping policy and order processing time for more information.
Order processing time: Most Orders placed before 3PM EST are packaged up and shipped out the following business day. (Not the same day you order, we do at times have delays due to surges in orders.).
We do not have UPS pick up on SATURDAY or SUNDAY.
Orders placed 3:01PM EST and after will not be shipped out until the business day after next.
NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR and 3 DAY SELECT are only in transit on Business days. Example, if your order ships on Friday using NEXT DAY AIR, it will arrive the next business day, MONDAY.
Orders placed Thursday by Midnight will ship out on Friday. Orders placed on Friday will ship out on Monday.
Orders placed on the weekend will ship Monday. We do not ship on Holidays or Weekends!
Bracing items will need 24hrs processing time before they are shipped. This includes Next Day or 2nd Day Air. These orders will ship at that speed, but will need the 24hr processing time. |
