What is the status of my order?
In Progress means the order has been processed through our shipping department. For items in progress they normally ship today. We do not receive tracking numbers until tomorrow (or the next business day.) around 11AM eastern time. Friday tracking numbers arrive on Monday morning around 11AM. (That means your order already shipped, we are just waiting for the tracking number.) They are sent to us in batch and updated at that time. Your order will then be put in the shipped category. Our cut off time for each business day shipping is 12 NOON EASTERN time zone. If you order on Friday after 12 NOON it will be processed on Monday. UPS and our warehouses are closed on the weekends and there is no shipping till the next business day.
When tracking is assigned an email is sent to the email address of your USERNAME when you created an account. If you gave us a FAKE email, then you probably won't get that tracking number. Please remember to check your spam box. Allow 24 hrs to pass for a tracking number to be assigned.

NEXT DAY AIR ITEMS- Because we get our tracking numbers the following day. Your item usually arrives before we even get the tracking number. If you ordered a Next Day Air Item before 12 noon, we will try our best to ship it out that day. It may say IN PROGRESS, but that is simply because we are awaiting tracking from the shipping department. |
