Note for sizing: Need to know what size stockinette to order? Measure the circumference of your leg or arm. Stockinette is measured in width so basically, it is the diameter value. So you would double the value. For example, a 3" stockinette has a circumference of 6", 4" stockinette has a circumference of 8". Stockinette will stretch some, so you have about 0.5 to 1 inch of stretch to that circumference value.

NOTE: This stockinette is NOT waterproof, please do not add it to a waterproof cast.

What is a 4" stockinette used for?

4-inch stockinette is primarily used for casting a leg for teenagers and adults.

What if I want a roll of stockinette?

We sell stockinette by the roll.

Is this waterproof, can I use it with waterproof padding?

We do not recommend it as it will take longer for your waterproof cast to dry. We do sell waterproof stockinette. Search for "Waterproof" in the search bar above.

Great color section, works well

My daughter recently dislocated her elbow and wanted sleeves that weren't white because they get dirty so easily. She loves purple and this was the one place I could find them that didn't cost a fortune. They work exactly as they should.

I was quite pleased with my order it arrived within 4 days I love the purple stocking bandage cover that goes over your bandage to cover it up they had multiple colors but purple is my favorite it was 2 in wide and I got 10 ft of it I have enough for my whole recovery this place is great for medical supplies.

This is far superior quality than the stockinette the PT provided which fell apart. It’s snug and holds up well with use. Only wish other colors were available and not out of stock.

Love having purple to match my splint. Unravel a bit after you cut it, but overall happy with it.

Fantastic brace for more severe wrist injuries

Severe wrist sprain since mid-November 2024 with re-injury a month ago. Realized the cheap department store brace wasn't cutting it, and ordered a higher end athletic brace. However, due to the location of the injury, the athletic brace wasn't providing full immobilization of the affected joint during certain work activities, so I looked into the BOA brace. Was able to cheat and mold it using my cooking oven, that worked just fine. It's very comfortable and provides almost total immobilization of the joint, allowing for healing. I use it during strenuous lifting at work and dry out the sweat moisture with a fan when I get home. Now, this isn't a mark against this brace, because it's the nature of its design to prevent wrist joint movement, but it's a tad difficult to grip steering wheels when driving. Keep that in mind. Highly recommended!
