The DeRoyal Sports Orthosis Powered by The Boa Closure System provides ankle support and protection for chronic ankle instability, prophylactic talocrural support, and prevention or treatment of acute ankle sprains, subtalar joint sprain, and syndesmosis sprain. The brace combines figure-8 support with on-the-fly adjustment capability and mimics athletic taping for low-profile support that fits inside any shoe.
Loosely measure the circumference from the base of the heel around the ankle.

Great product. Instant relief for sore ankle
This is the second ankle brace I have purchased from DeRoyal. The first one lasted for more than a year wearing it every day. It give great stability and makes it di that my arthritis doesn’t keep me from doing daily activities and getting my 10,000 steps.
All was as expected, a lot of communication from the beginning with the staff via e-mail, I received the product on time. Just one complain I had troubles paying through pay pal so I did it through e shop powered by shopify and everything was ok. I recommend 100% this is my second purchase.
My husband broke 5 cervical vertebrae and luckily are stable fractures. But he needs to wear a neck brace for the next 2 months. This brace is quite a bit more comfortable than the one they gave him in the hospital. Plus there was a problem with the shipping but the folks at Orthotape were so very helpful! I highly recommend Orthotape!
After many attempts with poor prostheses, finally found the perfect orthosis. Pain reduction of CRPS from 7-8 to 2-3.
Unfortunately there were problems with the delivery. UPS must do better here.
I got this brace based on the advice of my physical therapist and I'm so happy I listened. It's great and holds my knee in place to get my leg and hip muscles moving like they did before my accident. Definitely recommended!
