DeSoutter (7960) 2½” (64mm diameter) Circular Stainless Steel Cast Saw Replacement Blade (5 pack) is known for its high quality and durability. It is designed for use with the DeSoutter Clean Cast Saw models CC4, CC5, and CC6. The Stainless Steel blade is the most economical blade that resists corrosion. This blade however is best for cutting dry plaster of Paris. It can be used to cut fiberglass and polyester casts, but it should not be used by a busy orthopedic clinic that cuts many casts daily. If you only cut between 2-3 casts per day, this economical option would be best for you. If you require a blade for harder synthetic casts, please use our 2 ½” (64mm diameter) Circular Titanium Nitride Coated (TIN Coat) (3950) instead.
Blades have an "easy-fit" pentagon mounting hole. Circular blades can be rotated up to five times to maximize their useful life.
