OrthoTape OrthoH20 (formerly OrthoNEAL) is a hypo-allergenic thick synthetic waterproof cast stockinette, that offers extraordinary comfort to patients. Manufactured from Aerosliver yarn, it’s skin-irritation-free and water-repellent. The Quick-Wick Technology allows exposure to wet conditions, and its circular-knitted fiber drains water effortlessly. Plus, it retains less water than traditional waterproof cast padding. OrthoH20 Under-Pad contains silver (Ag), an antimicrobial ion that helps prevent infections. With OrthoH20, patients can shower, bathe, and participate in water-related activities without covering their casts. OrthoTape OrthoH20 Under-Pad is woven with an antimicrobial fabric blend that allows for fast drying to prevent skin irritation and unpleasant odor.

OrthoTape OrthoH20 Under-Pad is soft and flexible.
It acts as an excellent protective pad between skin and casting tape.
The unique fabric blend also allows the skin to breathe beneath the hard cast to help reduce odor and discomfort.
The casting tape comes free with all our OrthoH20 cast kits vs our Delta Dry and Aquacast where the casting tape is an additional fee. You can always use the doctor's cast tape as well.
For our doctor's offices, we offer the full roll in 3" and 4" sizes. The full length is 33ft per box and you can cut to size.
It is best to double up the padding of the cast so that there is a double layer.
Available in 2", 3" and 4"
3" and 4" width is best for Teen and Adult sizes. For Smaller teens or children see our prepackaged options.

Easy to Use
OrthoTape OrthoH20 Under-Pad is a tubular bandage and does not require additional padding.
To use OrthoTape OrthoH20 Under-Pad, simply slip it over the patient’s extremity and apply OrthoTape Casting tape for a strong, durable, and comfortable cast.
With OrthoTape OrthoH20 Waterproof cast kits. Casting tape is included with your kit! Compared to it being an extra charge add-on with our other brands of waterproof casting!
I love the way that NEAL cast stockinette allows me to continue swimming during the very warm pre-Summer temperatures in Florida. I had my dual short leg walking casts (for stress fractures in the feet) made with this remarkable material. I can swim with no problems - I can't believe I'm still casted but in the pool. After exiting the pool, I sit next to the pool and let the water drain out of the casts, which takes about 45 minutes. The NEAL lining feels fully dry in about five hours after exiting the pool without the use of a shop vac or hair dryer to speed up the process, probably less time when not inside in air conditioning. In the application of the cast I was surprised to see the NEAL stockinette doesn't readily recover it's original shape if stretched wider than necessary. That small detail will be remembered in the future. Also, with knowing the leg hairs might get yanked out by the resin on the cast tape, I clipped all the leg/foot hairs up to the knee to avoid this issue.

Orthoneal Rocks!!
I have had experience with other “waterproof” cast materials put on by my orthopedic doctor in the past. But nothing beats Orthoneal. Comfort, drying time and durability can’t be beat. I’ll definitely be ordering it again when needed.

Waterproof cast
This is the best waterproof stockinette available, it makes a smooth cast and is easy to use
The first time applying the casting material, the 2 in rolls were setting before they ever even made it from the water to my arm. So it was difficult to apply, and could not get either roll to stick and form/set properly. All of which hurt my arm from the movenents.
However, the 3 roll was MUCH better and worked great. Only wish there were 2 rolls of the 3 vs the 2. Overall not a bad product, but am going to try out the orthoneal instead of repurchasing delta dry.
My 3 year old broke his arm and the cast they put on him was a nightmare. The first couple days wearing the hospital cast I knew there had to be something better. I did some searching and came across the waterproof cast. I ordered it and took it to his doctor and asked to put it on. At first they said “NO” but another doctor there heard what I wanted and she has been on the hospital for awhile now to order a waterproof cast and she was wanting to see how they did, so she replaced the old cast with the one I ordered. I can’t wait to show them how great it is. My son has be swimming, fishing ( which leads to getting muddy) and the cast has been awesome. No stressing about getting it wet or dirty. We can just rinse it off!!
