Printed tape (Camo and Pastel) is a polyester fabric instead of fiberglass as we cannot do prints on fiberglass fabric. So a polyester fabric is used.

Used for a noncasting project.

Used for a noncasting project - to make a durable shaped case for a chainsaw that lacks a commercial option. I thought I'd try casting tape and see if it worked.

So far, it seems to be doing the trick; the saw slides in and friction holds it in place as desired. Only time will tell as to its longterm durability when exposed to oil and such. I did note that the tape does not always bond to itself strongly in areas where it can't be pressed together firmly (over concavities in my case). I'm aware that I'm not using it for its expected purpose, but I hoped it would be 'stickier' as the resin cured. This would probably not be seen as an advantage for the usual user, though. I may go back over it and stick some of the wraps to each other more securely with epoxy.

This device has helped take care of some of my back pain

The Velcro that secures the brace at the thumb fell off within the first 2 minutes after molding. I would think the quality would have been better when dealing with braces that secure fractures.
