The DonJoy OA Reaction Web Knee Brace is a clinically proven, low-profile solution for knee osteoarthritis (OA) pain. Its patented silicone web technology actively absorbs shock and gently off-loads the painful compartment of the knee — so you can walk, run, golf, and live without the constant reminder that your knee hurts. The open-framework design breathes, stays put, and disappears under clothing. An undersleeve is included.

This brace comes in two versions based on where your pain is located. Choosing the wrong version will not provide relief. Use this guide:

Rule of thumb: The hinge side goes on the painful compartment of the knee. The extra gel padding on the hinge side actively off-loads that area.

How to Measure for the Right Size
Measure your thigh circumference 6 inches above the center of your kneecap (mid-patella) using a flexible tape measure. Use that measurement to find your size in the chart below.
