Choose the Correct Knee and Pain Location
This brace is not selected by right or left knee alone. You must choose the configuration based on both the affected knee and whether your osteoarthritis pain is on the inner or outer side of that knee.
Medial = INNER side of the knee, toward your other knee.
Lateral = OUTER side of the knee, away from your other knee.

Measure your thigh circumference 6 inches above the center of your kneecap (mid-patella). This is the primary measurement used in Enovis's current OA Reaction Web ordering chart.
- Locate the center of your kneecap.
- Measure exactly 6 inches upward from the center of the kneecap.
- At that point, wrap a flexible measuring tape completely around your thigh.
- Keep the measuring tape level and comfortably snug without pulling it excessively tight.

How to Put On the DonJoy OA Reaction Web Knee Brace
- Pull on the included undersleeve if desired and center the kneecap in the sleeve opening. The undersleeve is optional.
- Place the silicone web over the knee and center the opening over the kneecap.
- Position the off-loading hinge with silicone pad at the center of the knee joint.
- Feed and secure the calf and thigh straps on the side opposite the off-loading hinge.
- Tighten the lower calf straps until snug.
- Tighten the upper thigh straps until the brace feels secure and comfortable. Do not overtighten.
