Ossur Rebound Air Tall High Top Medical Cam Walking Boot features a unique design to provide superior compression, easy application, and usage. Along with an improved comfortable fit and feel this boot was built to be rugged and durable. This boot also covers the toes, as an option, you can cut away the toe protectors for an open-toe feel. The Ossur Rebound fracture boot was designed for walking to improve patient outcomes. This is the closest you will get to an OSHA-type boot. Always confirm OSHA-approved requirements with the employer.
Universal Fit allows use on either the Right or Left foot.
INDICATIONS:
Grade 2 and 3 ankle sprains
Stable fractures
Tendon or ligamentous sprain
During the postoperative or rehab phase. If used with the Achilles Wedge Kit, Achilles ruptures can also be treated.

The doctor gave me a cheaper quality boot and I wanted to get one that had more protection. This one protected my ankle from all sides and also covered my toes. It was much better than the one I got.

This Rebound cam walker boot has features I like; toe bumper protection and a metatarsal protector. Better than other manufacturers. However this boot is not comfortable or balanced well for walking. The rocker point is too far forward toward the toes and should be a little further back toward the heel, thus giving a feel of unbalance. To compensate, I needed to add padding under the arch of my foot to make the cam walker function better for me. Additionally, the boot could have been equipped with better cushioning. The quality was good, just the ergonomics and functionality could have been better. The price was right.
We are a busy Atlanta clinic and this is our go to waterproof padding. It is very quick and easy to apply and all of our patients have been so happy with their cast.
Product came defective, however, Contacted Customer Care and they were great about sending out a replacement. They apologized and as we all know, things happen. Appreciate the quick response to make it right!
