The DeRoyal Warrior Spine Universal Back Brace with Boa Fit System has a unique patent-pending single pull bi-lateral sizing adjustment providing a powerful and secure closure that is easy to use and is designed to fit a 24” to 60” waist. It includes an enlarged Boa dial, soft breathable material, integrated anterior panels, and a closure hand strap for easy on and off. It also includes two hot/cold packs that can be used with the back brace for temperature therapy.

After 3 years of aggravation and expensive alternatives, I'm excited to finally find drop foot braces that work well. There is nothing under the soles to wear on, and hurt, my feet and no brace to run up the legs. This inventive alternative is ingenious and inexpensive, especially when compared to other braces.
