DeRoyal Pacesetter Air Medical Cam Walker Boot's design is state-of-the-art and offers safe protection and compression for healing ankle and foot injuries. The Pacesetter Air Medical Walker Boot is available in standard and low-top versions and has an inflatable pump and non-welded air bladder to provide comfortable compression and stabilization and reduce the chance of over-inflation to the point of bursting or tearing. It has a wide footplate for increased patient comfort. The rocker-style bottom mimics the natural gait and the heel strap helps to prevent foot migration.

High Top Walking Boots are also known as Cam Walkers. These boots usually extend from below the knee to the tips of your toes. They are primarily used as a post-operative or post-injury device to maintain the foot and ankle at 90 degrees and prevent abnormal pressure on the foot or ankle.

Moderate to severe ankle sprains and strains

Stable foot and/or ankle fractures; Syndesmosis sprain
