The open-framework design breathes, stays put, and disappears under clothing. An undersleeve is included.

Rule of thumb: The hinge side goes on the painful compartment of the knee. The extra gel padding on the hinge side actively off-loads that area.

How to Measure for the Right Size
Measure your thigh circumference 6 inches above the center of your kneecap (mid-patella) using a flexible tape measure. Use that measurement to find your size in the chart below.

It Works
I have OA in both knees. Three knee surgeries and a lifetime of skiing contributed to my condition. The OA Reaction brace allows me to "unload" the pressure from the affected part of my knee joint and provides pain relief and support when OTC pain killers do not. Overall it is reasonably comfortable if you don't over do your activity.

So far so good
I use them today golfing, and it seem to help with my knees, and I felt more supported and could walk downhill a lot easier.
These guys are great. I bought the brace for this set just over a year ago and it’s definitely been a life saver more than once. The zelcro on the brace and the heat shrink around the padding is what has worn down. These guys always ship fast and process quickly.
Good fit. It comes with customizable inner sole to conform to the position of my ulcer. Hence I can create a pocket to keep the foot pressure off the ulcer itself.
The rear strap was too long and had to be shortened. The velcro patch is a little short.
