The DeRoyal Warrior Wing is a universal shoulder abduction sling designed for post-operative recovery and shoulder stabilization. Featuring an aluminum waist frame, airplane hinge, and three triangle positioning pillows (90°, 45°, 30°, 15°), the Warrior Wing provides precise, diagnosis-specific arm positioning for rotator cuff repairs, Bankart lesions, SLAP repairs, and shoulder instability. An exercise ball is included to encourage circulation and early rehabilitation.
