DeSoutter Circular Diamond Coated Cast Saw Replacement Blade (each)

The DeSoutter Circular Diamond Coated Cast Saw Replacement Blade (each) is available in two sizes: 2½" (64mm diameter), and 3 1/6" (80mm diameter). These replacement blades are compatible with the DeSoutter CleanCast Saw models CC4, CC5, and CC6 with one exception ( see footnote below). The Circular Diamond Coated Cast Saw Replacement Blade has synthetic diamond particles coating the cutting edge making it ideal for cutting hard fiberglass casts. These diamond segments, or the cutting edge of the blade, are made from diamond crystals that were heated with powder metal and then pressed into a molding, forming it.

Blades have an "easy-fit" pentagon mounting hole. Circular blades can be rotated up to five times to maximize their useful life.

Optimal for use with: Fibreglass - Deltalite/Scotchcast
Not Recommended for use with: POP Gypsona, Polyester - Deltalite/Benicast/CellaCast

*DeSoutter (1060) 3 1/6" (80mm diameter) Circular Hard Chrome PTFE Coated (pack of 5 blades) is not a suitable replacement blade for Model CC5.
