This cast protector is the best product in its field very waterproof. My wife’s cast has stayed dry the entire time she’s been in it.

Hi, There. I am sorry this product did not work for you. You may want to try the 3 inch size as 4 inch is much larger in size. As for the shipping cost. that is the minumum charge USPS has on small packages. You cannot ship anything cheaper than at that cost. USPS charges for the delivery.
The brace is durable and simple to use. If my old one wasn't so ragged, I'd have no need to replace it.
Tape received but turned hard and glued itself to the roll. Had to throw in trash.

Hello I am so sorry you had an issue. Sometimes in shipping it can get a hole in the pouch. Just send along a photo of the damaged item and we will replace it for you.
