Instructions for Use
- Measure the circumference of your knee with your leg fully extended. Refer to the size chart above to select the correct size.
- Select the correct side — Left or Right — matching your affected knee.
- Loosen all straps fully before putting on the brace.
- Open the brace and step into it, pulling it up so the patellar opening fits snugly around the lower margin of the kneecap.
- Ensure the hinge axis aligns with your knee's natural rotational axis (center of the knee joint).
- Wrap the upper sleeve and secure with the hook-and-loop closure.
- Fasten straps 1 and 2 snugly — firm compression without cutting off circulation.
