Frequently Asked Questions
A 6-inch stockinette is the standard choice for short leg casts and long leg casts. It provides full coverage from the toes to above the knee without bunching.
Standard synthetic stockinette is not waterproof. For waterproof casts using OrthoH2O, AquaCast, or Delta Dry padding, use a waterproof stockinette liner instead.
A 10-foot cut is typically sufficient for one short or long leg cast application, with enough to fold back over the cast edges for a clean finish.
