Sizing: How to Measure + Size Chart

How to measure: Wrap the tape loosely around the widest part of your hand at the knuckles (exclude the thumb), then match your measurement below. Upsizing is recommended if you measure between sizes or prefer a roomier fit.

Common return reason: ordered too small. If you’re borderline, it’s usually safer to go up (it can be molded to fit).

Heating & Application (Important)

Important: This brace should be heated to properly mold for best fit. Watch the heating video before fitting.

Important: EXOS braces are intended to be fitted and remolded by trained medical professionals. Heating/molding performed outside medical guidance may affect fit, safety, and warranty coverage. Many have successfully heated these items on their own, but we cannot cover this under warranty if it is not done by a trained medical professional.

Heating & Application (steps)

  • Open and unfold brace.
  • Proper heating temperature is 200°F (93°C).
  • Heat in EXOS™ oven ~ 3–4 minutes or until pliable (should be comfortable to handle).
  • Ensure skin is completely dry before application.
  • Fit brace and remove slack in lace by tightening BOA® dial.
  • Do not fully tighten until brace cools to room temp to avoid indentations.
  • Mold brace into desired position; secure straps as needed.
  • Once hardened, tighten BOA® dial to desired tension (not too tight).

Warning: The brace should not be worn too tightly. Excess pressure can irritate skin.
