Sizing & How to Measure
Important sizing note: braces use size ranges, not an exact “shoe-like” fit. If you measure near the top of a range, the brace will feel closer/tighter; if you measure near the bottom of a range, it will feel roomier. Upsize if you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit (it can be molded for comfort).

EXOS is not a conventional pre-shaped ready-to-wear brace. The thermoformable shell is designed to be heated first and then molded around the patient’s anatomy. Do not judge the fit before heating.

- Heat to 200°F (93°C) for ~3–4 minutes (until pliable, not too hot to handle).
- Do not fully tighten BOA until brace returns to room temperature (helps prevent indentations).
- Do not overtighten—excessive pressure can irritate skin.
