Saw Stop Protective Strip — 1 Roll (SS10) Cast Saw Safety
The Saw Stop Protective Strip (SS10) is a medical-grade cast saw safety liner applied beneath the outer layer of fiberglass cast tape during casting. When the cast saw blade contacts the strip during removal, the De-Flex material absorbs and deflects the oscillating blade, protecting the patient’s skin from cuts and burns. Saw Stop is included in all AquaCast waterproof cast kits and is also sold separately for clinics that apply it routinely with standard fiberglass casts.
