Bring this kit to your clinician for professional application. Once applied, patients can shower, bathe, and swim throughout their recovery without covering or removing the cast.

AquaCast is the successor to the original Gore Procel waterproof cast liner — the same pillow-type padding technology trusted by orthopedic clinics for decades. Water flows through the open-cell padding and drains freely, preventing the moisture buildup that causes traditional cotton-padded casts to soften, smell, and break down.

How to Apply AquaCast Waterproof Short Arm Cast

1. Apply AquaCast Padding — wrap the pillow-type waterproof padding smoothly around the wrist and forearm from hand to below the elbow
2. Apply Saw Stop Strip — position the protective strip along the cast removal line for safe removal later
3. Apply Fiberglass Cast Tape — wrap over the AquaCast padding to complete the waterproof cast
