Unlike a basic compression sleeve or patella tendon strap, the Tru-Pull Lite uses a specialized bifurcated Y-strap and dual-durometer patella buttress to apply a consistent corrective force along the lateral edge of the kneecap. Independent thigh and calf anchors help resist brace rotation, while removable flexible hinges provide additional medial and lateral knee support.

It is primarily a patella-control brace, not a rigid ACL, post-operative ROM, or OA unloader brace.
Select Left for the left knee or Right for the right knee — this is not a universal brace. Measure your thigh circumference 6 inches above the center of the kneecap, around the knee center, and your calf 6 inches below the kneecap. Compare all three measurements to the size chart. If measurements fall between sizes or indicate different sizes, choose the larger size.
