The tape is much improved. It is easy to work with and laminates well. I would have preferred to have had cotton padding rather than synthetic for its heft and bulk. Overall a great kit!

Great product. Fiberglass cast tape is less sticky than other products. Great for handling and molding the cast. Only issue was that the kit was supposed to have 2 PAIRS of gloves but only came with 1 pair. This is problematic because a long leg cast has to be applied in 2 separate phases. In the product description section of the website, it also states that the LLC kits have 2 pairs of gloves. Other than that, this is a really great kit. Thank you

Really did come with everything!
I bought this kit before I realized that I’d have to be casted for so long, and that it was more economical to buy bulk, but it really did the job. The nurse was surprised that she didn’t even need everything in the kit considering that I’d bought it myself and I’m not an orthopedic nurse. She said that the quality was just as good as the stuff she uses daily, I just came in with colors their clinic didn’t have!

Not only can you swim and sweat, but its less itchy!
My son was devistated to break his arm and not be able to go swimming over the summer. But once he was switched from a long cast to a short cast and the doctor said he could have a waterproof one, we were ready with this product. Not only did it save our summer by allowing him to swim, he was also able to clean his cast out in the bath after an especially hot and sweaty soccer practice. However, drying the cast out is a pain in the butt.
But most importantly to me, he complained about being itchy far less and his skin looked completely clean and normal once the cast was removed, other than being pale. When his non-waterproof long cast was removed he had a nasty rash that wasnt medically concerning but made him very itchy and took a few days to clear.
