Size Chart — Calf and Thigh Circumference
With your leg straight, measure calf circumference 6 inches (15 cm) below the center of the kneecap and thigh circumference 6 inches (15 cm) above it. Use both measurements, and select the appropriate medial or lateral configuration. At a size boundary, choose the larger size. Comfort sizes accommodate a larger thigh with the same calf range.
