Frequently Asked Questions
Will this liner fit my Rebound Air Tall boot?
No. This liner is designed exclusively for the Rebound Air Short Low Top cast boot. The Short and Tall boots use different liner dimensions and are not interchangeable. If you have the Rebound Air Tall High Top boot, you need the Rebound Air Tall Replacement Liner.
How do I know which size liner to order?
Match the size printed on the label of your existing Rebound Air Short liner. If that label is missing, use the size on your Rebound Air Short boot. Select the same short-top model and size; do not size a replacement liner by calf circumference. If neither label is readable, refer to the original boot's US shoe-size chart before ordering.
When should I replace my CAM boot liner?
Replace the liner if it is damaged, badly worn, has lost its cushioning or shape, or remains soiled or uncomfortable after proper cleaning. Follow your clinician's guidance if unsure; there is no universal replacement schedule.
Can I wash the existing liner instead of replacing it?
Yes. Remove the liner from the boot, hand-wash with mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry completely before reuse. Do not machine-wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach, or use fabric softener. Replace the liner if it no longer provides adequate fit or cushioning.
Is this a genuine Ossur part, and is it FSA/HSA eligible?
Yes - OrthoTape.com is an authorized Ossur dealer and carries only genuine OEM replacement liners sourced directly from Ossur. This replacement liner is generally eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. Verify eligibility with your plan administrator before purchase.
