Waterproof leg cast short leg swim cast kit using OrthoH2O waterproof liner New innovative waterproof cast, sometimes called a swim cast, uses standard fiberglass cast tape but features a special new revolutionary futuristic waterproof cast liner or waterproof padding underneath. This lets many patients shower with a cast or even swim with a cast, as long as their doctor approves. We carry AquaCast, Delta Dry, and our recommended option, OrthoH₂O. These products are used by your medical provider to build a true waterproof arm cast or waterproof leg cast – they are not a removable plastic cast cover, but part of the cast itself.

ORTHOH₂O – WATERPROOF CAST

OrthoTape OrthoH₂O is a thick, fishnet-shaped, cylindrical waterproof cast stockinette. It is a one-piece, easy slip-on design that goes directly on the limb under fiberglass tape, creating a comfortable, waterproof cast for swimming and showering.

DELTA DRY – WATERPROOF CAST

Delta Dry is a two-piece waterproof cast system using stockinette and padding. The synthetic liner feels similar to nylon and allows water to flow through and drain, so patients can shower or swim with a cast when their doctor allows it.

AQUACAST – WATERPROOF CAST

AquaCast uses a thin, white, pillow-type waterproof cast padding that comes in roll form and is applied to the limb, then finished with fiberglass tape and a blue saw-stop strip. AquaCast is the original waterproof cast padding designed for making a swim cast instead of using a plastic sleeve.
